2024-10-18 22:12:10 +0000 UTCI tried to get into it once and I really didn't enjoy it and I love the romance genre it's my fav but it was a total miss for me. Imo horror, thriller, sci-fi and action works best for their channel. Just like for other channels romance, comedies dramas work for them and there's nothing wrong w that. Like for ex Billy Binges he's said like 5x horror doesn't do great on his channel or it takes a very long time to reach regular views like usual. He's been a reactor for 5+ yrs now and has thousands of subs. A lot of ppl don't like his personality and has gotten 'backlash' but he doesn't care and that's the attitude all reaction commentators should have. I was pushing for 'You' for months and for it to not be on the poll is crazy, not just bc I love it but bc it's popular, a thriller and would fit the channel good. Raggedy Pack is my new fav channel since Scream and want them to do great that's all

This, as opposed to what I personally want to see. Their channel is a business and I hope for their success. In the case of Bridgerton though, I honestly can't read this one, so I'm rolling the dice!

She started the trend of romanticing vampires. She wanted to tell the story from the vampire's point of view. She single handedly changed the way modern vampires are viewed. There would be no TVD, Originals, Twilight, Blade, Underworld etc. without Anne Rice.

I started watching the Blind Wave Channel, for Marvel and Stars Wars. Their reaction to season 1 of the series made me laugh out loud! Also, the poll isn't over yet. Many younger viewers who have never seen the movie would push for the show first but I disagree. The movie was made yrs ago and Anne Rice wrote the script herself. It shouldn't ruin the show viewing since some character arcs have been changed for the show. It stayed pretty faithful to the book and the cast was perfection. Although Anne did not want Tom Cruise playing Lestat at first, after watching the movie, she apologized and said he proved her wrong. Brad Pitt was the perfect Louie and Kristen Dunst even won a Golden Globes for playing Claudia. The movie WILL be ruined if you watch the show first. I say this because the show had more time to flesh out the characters and the changed timeline. By viewing a long version of the same story, you will be biased and may find the movie comical. It's already happened to some reactors. Please, please, please, do the movie first. 🙏

It loses again and again and again because not enough people saw it when it came out, until finally, "Fuck it, it's been on the polls for years, let's finally watch Black Sails, it's only a short show after all. Holy shit it's the best thing we've ever put on the channel, why didn't we watch it sooner?". Blind Wave, Normies, LM Reactions, Nikki and Steven etc. One day, hopefully, Raggedy Pack. There are plenty I'd watch along to though, Arcane, Black Mirror, Band of Brothers, Queens Gambit, The Bear, Last Kingdom, Chernobyl, Fleabag, Bridgerton and Fallout would all be good.
