The scene where Vicki attacks Jeremy and Elena at the parking lot was very different in the original script, where Jeremy was forced to choose between saving Vicki or Elena (he would choose Elena by killing Vicki). It had been filmed but a few weeks later, the writers rewrote and re-shot the scene to have Stefan kill Vicki, andΒ Kayla Ewell (Vicki)Β was able to come back. They explained that Stefan would be more heroic by saving Elena. Poor Vicki, Matt and Jeremy π But also Stefan because he has to live with that even though he had to do it. I like both brothers for different reasons (and dislike them sometimes too) but Team Stefan all the way!
