I really love this analysis! And I agree, I think Marevo probably saw the Goddess of Health more as a mother than his own- possibly to spite his mother for leaving him (?) Season doesnβt exactly have a good reputation of being a present motherβ¦

2024-09-24 15:10:52 +0000 UTCYAYY MORE MARONA CONTENT!!^^ God I love her design so much, I missed seeing her!^^ I know that FleeTheScene has already mentioned this, but I did get a very eerie vibe seeing Marona in this drawing and the dozens of hands just reaching out to her. Her expression looks so... blank. X3 Not sure if I can say uncaring, but it's like she's turning a blind eye to their needs. And I do agree with FleeTheScene that she probably favored Lumino's wants over the people's. Cx I think we can say that Marona wasn't the "good" sister out of the two, just the "better" one. Also I let out a gasp when I saw the Marevo and Goddess of Health picture- I LOVE THEM SO MUCH WAHHH. π Marv is so tiny... I wanna squish him. C"x I love seeing him and the Goddess of Health! After her debut in the short comic involving Marevo's past, I've wanted to see more of her and him!^^ The Goddess of Health seems to be looking at Marevo with a patient and sweet expression, the kind a parent would give their child if they're trying to teach them something, or be calm towards them. <:] I always pictured her being very fond of Marevo.^^ Seeing this makes me feel more comfy sharing a headcannon I've had about the two for a while now, which is; Marevo probably viewed the Goddess of Health as more of a mother figure than Season. I think this because I remember you posting a picture of Marevo when he was younger with the caption that said something along the lines of, "his parents left him when he was young and he didn't care", so that makes me think that Season may not have been physically present in his life? Maybe? And if the Goddess of Health was his mentor, that makes me imagine he might have been close to her? My other reason is that at the end of the comic, Marevo seemed to be paying his respects to her? So that makes me think that he at least liked her or respected her. X3 I'd say more, but I don't wanna yap too much. Especially since I don't know much about the Goddess of Health either. Ps. I love Marv's little goldfish. Cx I like to think that he and the Goddess of Health are preparing a little pool for it to live in hehe. X3 Very nice drawings so far!!^^
