This reminds me of a very old flash video. Mashiros castle. Except he didn’t become a girl. The original TG flash gif was a boy who is about to flip the girls skirt who is walking in front of him to check her panties but then a TG wave comes through and he is now also wearing the same outfit except now the girl is behind him and flips his skirt up revealing his pink panties. Now the gif was so small it was unsure if it was a full TG or his clothes just transformed into girls clothes. The gif in question has been missing since 2013, along with most of the amazing Kisekae stuff.
