The third panel didn't look as well as I hoped for but the rest looks good so far... but thats just my take on it. What do you guys think?

I am confused - who's plan was it to change genders? Panel 1 suggests it is Rick, Panel 2 suggests it is Andrew and this Panel suggests neither of them knew?
