Shibari on Eames
Added 2025-05-07 14:00:07 +0000 UTCI shot these as a demo while teaching a 1:1 workshop on studio light last year.
I set up Hollywood Noir-type lighting consisting of two Fresnel spots:
The main one from the side to create hard shadows with plenty of shape, and the second (smaller) close to the camera to lighten the shadows ever so slightly, so that you can see detail without ruining the hard light or having the perception of two lights being used.
And the model, of course, is Wiana.
