On one of the truly last days of summer in the Nordics, I persuaded Loulou models to join me overnight on a mini trip to Kullaberg, a natural preserve two hours drive from Copenhagen.
I love this place.
It’s littered with rock faces and those of you who know Denmark will know that it’s the one thing that is scarce here.
The neighbor's grass is always greener.
This place is at the edge of a cave, meaning high rock faces are almost 270 degrees around the model.
If you look into the second image's background, you see the bottom of the cave from which this image was shot. Hopefully, this will give you a better idea.

This spot almost always has my one favored quality of light: strong directionality, with very few reflections from the sides or above. Strategically turning the model's body will allow you to achieve almost perfect accentuation of the abdomen, breast, and back/bum.
I generally favor B&W in places like this, but I intentionally left this series in color because the color scheme is so limited.
I think the color adds more than they subtracts and gives the series a more natural feel. But in images like this I'm ALWAYS in doubt.
