Flora finally faced actual karmic consequences (though literally making her eat dirt was a bit much and I preferred the earlier parts where the punishment fit the crime), we got some cool adventure stuff and some speculation about poor Kayla's perpetual invisibility, and Ellaria got to be super-cool. And not just because she finally put together cause and effect and had a liability clause for Fey's building-destroying sexventures. I also appreciate that Melly was a decent person, and that Fey remains neither locked in "dom mode" nor in her caring and appealing normal personality. Switching between the two adds something. Plus, the sex scene was pretty hot. I'm glad being so wrung out seems to've contained the cumflations for a while; it's the one major kink of this story that's not really my jam. I appreciated addressing the conversation with Rina at the top about her open marriage... though the poor snake doesn't know yet just how deeply Fey seems to ruin other men for women yet.
