I don't think any wish was actually granted by the Grail. Saber destroyed the Grail's vessel, but some of it still leaked out (that thing in the sky that spewed the black mud). Saber isn't in some "Hell", she just went back to where she was before. Her circumstances are different from the other Servants - I won't spoil anything since you might still watch the 2006 Fate/stay night anime (or read the Visual Novel), where this is brought up. Though most people skip it and go straight to Unlimited Bladeworks. Which is a shame, since by doing that you skip Saber's route which contains most of her character development/character arc. Oh, and Guinevere was King Arthur's wife - Saber pretended to be man in life, and a king must have a queen no? Basically, Lancelot and Guinevere had an affair that became pulic. Obviously, that was treason, and Lancelot wished to be judged for this crime.
