Important Announcements!

Hello all! Hope everyone is having a cozy October. I've got some exciting updates for the Patreon in store and wanted to detail them here for everybody. Also I want to personally thank everyone again for all of the support that's been shown on the Patreon. It's been a huge motivation to continue adding new features to FXMaster and FXMaster+. The V7 FXMaster release would not have been possible without that motivation, so thank you all!

Direct Foundry Integration

I've been working with Foundry to get access to their paid content subscriber system and it's almost all setup. I'm excited about this because it will allow you to add and update FXMaster+ and any future modules directly within Foundry. It also means no more weird errors when updating, no need to hunt for Patreon posts, and less chance of me making an error/easier to scale deployments in the future (hosting through google drive means a bunch of fiddling and juggling of custom links). The downside to this is there are ongoing fees from Foundry for the integration, so coinciding with this I will be increasing the price for the Queen of Hearts Patreon tier to $7/month for future subscribers. Any current subscribers will maintain the $5/month price as long as you stay subscribed! For anyone that's been on the fence about subscribing, I will make this change on Saturday 10/25, if you subscribe prior to that you will be included in the $5/month pricing for as long as you choose to stay subscribed to Queen of Hearts. The King of Diamonds, Ace of Spades, and OMEGA level tiers will not see any changes.

New Patreon Tier - Jack of Clubs

I will be adding a new lower cost $3/month tier that will be named Jack of Clubs! I wanted to have a more affordable tier for anyone who can't stay subscribed to the higher tier but still wants to show support. This tier will not have access to modules, but it will give you access to the monthly Patreon vote for new FXMaster+ particle and filter effects and give you access to the Discord Patreon channels. This tier will also be launching Saturday 10/25.

New Module Announcement - Gambit's Asset Previewer

I'm super excited to announce I have a new premium module in the works! This is one I've been thinking about for a long time because it addresses a specific need that I've had within Foundry, which is, how can I preview maps? If you've ever subscribed to Cze & Peku, Angela's Maps, The Mad Cartographer, etc and installed a bunch of map modules you may have run into this issue as well, fumbling through enabling individual module packages, opening compendiums, importing maps, and then searching for a tavern/seaside/graveyard/etc map that suits the style you're looking for. I wanted to have a system where I could quickly search maps by keyword, preview them (with zoom support), and then import or tag them in some way for future reference. That is the initial goal of this module for release. My future plans are to support previewing and categorizing of tokens/furniture/etc as well, but the initial release will be limited to Maps. As an early sneak peek I have a (very very alpha build) screenshot below!
