When Ratko mocks Varney as being a mere criminal and not a "perfect" vampire like himself, Varney cryptically suggests that he's not who Ratko thinks he is. Trevor and Sypha finally come face to face with the Underground Court itself, only to discover that the Court consists of nothing more than the decaying corpses of the Royal Family.
