I'm actually devastated by elden ring nightreign, I was obsessed with Dark souls series, bloodborne and Sekiro and I ALWAYS loved how they were more LINEAR with some small nooks and crannies to explore ya know... the whole environment and enemy placement/variety had so much love put in it, and I felt like elden ring was the opposite (except for the big legacy dungeons) I REALLY wanted to get back to the more linear design but nightreign seems like it's gonna lean even more into big , boring open world. EDIT: just checked and I still have atleast 380 hours in elden ring haha
