These are some of the most controversial chapters of Book 5. Been through a number of edits, and they are what they are.
The audiobook is complete for Book 5, and I am reviewing it. I expect the audiobook and ebook to be published inbut it will depend on how quickly the audio is approved by ACX when I submit it on Wednesday. about 2 weeks,

there was a list to sign up. I only get 50 codes for the US and I go in order of the received request. for UK I always have plenty of codes
