I think all deserve praise, however #4 with Kon and the Death hunter provide the best opportunity for the main story. A few plot lines need to be amended to mesh with already written lore, or maybe easier to change your reference to Kon's past in book 6 to mesh with this POV instead. Most importantly, there is an opportunity to provide readers some insights into the Death Hunter lore ahead of book 7. Maybe you can add some more to this POV to mesh with book 7. I would however, suggest you amend the POV story a bit to fit better with Kon's known qualities. Maybe make 6 month time skip for Kon to work with the death hunter which would explain them falling in love over time rather than in a few days. Also would explain why he shared so many secrets when that's the opposite of his usual demeanor.
