Explanation of version 0.7 + christmas event.

This event is an extension of version 0.7 and takes place on Christmas. It is not an isolated event.
Also I've updated the development status for version 0.7, as it is not 50% of version 0.7, it is 50% of version 0.7 + Christmas event. My partner is already correcting the translation.
If you have any questions regarding version 0.7 or the Christmas event, feel free to ask.
I'll try to get this version out around December 10th, but I can't promise anything, it's a tentative date.
