I won a silver demon at the Baltimore Games Day in 2009. Based on that experience, I have to say your video is spot on. I'm also glad you said what you did at the end about being careful about painting for others' standards so much that it ruins the fun. That happened to me shortly after and caused me to take years off from the hobby to clear my head. I'm happy to say I'm back and the hobby is fun again. Thanks for this video! It helps to know I'm not alone in my feelings and perspectives.
