PATREON REMODELING COMPLETE

The reason for this change is due to the fact that Tier 4 was causing problems by clogging up my backlog which in turn affected the patreon polls.
I decided to remove that tier and have my patreon focus entirely on polls with a few patreon requests a few times a month. Doing this, I had to change my patreon completely to fit this idea.
With this, I will start the monthly poll in the following few days!
