Runners by Unsettling Stories is a very weird collection of stories. Also of they were daring, they could revisit Jeff The Killer, but read the series written by BanningK instead.

The original guy is in the asylum and it's like short stories of the other patients explaining why they're in there. It's not too long but I love the story and there's tons of characters for Hunter.
