September/October Monthly pieces! Tier 1

ALRIGHT!! And here's the [for now?] last 2!

For these two drawings I wanted to take a different approach, instead of:
Sketch>lineart>flat colors (with everything on a different layer)>shading>details
I skipped the lineart and separating stuff in many layers. It is a lot more freeing in some aspects, so things look a bit less stiff, but it's also limiting in other ways, like correcting big anatomy mistakes or changing colors is a bit more troublesome. But I'm very happy with how it turned out! This is my process for coloring sketches, and the previous one is my process for doing commissions!

Ahhh Pyriax I loved so much the prompts!! I really wanted to do all! Renamon is so pretty and I've had an itch to draw her for so long! the few times I've done sketches of her I've not been super happy so the itch remains unscratched. And while I'm not very familiar with Rivet, she has such a pretty design that looks SO FUN to explore! For her I was a bit stuck on how to approach the slime prompt! I was wondering if I should use an amorphous slime, or a sort of creature/monster... But at the end I had to go with Netto just because... Asura are so fun to draw and I hadn't sketches one in a while, and also Netto is just cute, with her cat theme [I just realized I forgot to give her a collar with a bell!.] And that is one of my favorite hairstyles for Asura! Btw, even though it's a toy and gives a different feel to the drawing, I hope it's still fun!

Oh man what a cool idea to have all 3 prompts themed and featuring different characters each!! But they were all so fun it was hard to choose just one! So I went with Trevor and did my best to include Alucard and Sypha! [I almost went with Alucard because I thought the pose would be fun to draw as well as giving him some nice lingerie~ and the cage was.. <3 a really fun and cute detail!] I only didn't go with Sypha because I wasn't sure how to make it so transformed Alucard still looked or hinted at being him, but maybe that's just because I'm unfamiliar with the franchise and someone who already knows the characters will be able to tell immediately it's him! [Speaking of.. I loved that after reading your prompt I suddenly saw drawings of them on my twitter timeline! Maybe it's just that I didn't notice them because I wasn't familiar with the characters but it's crazy how almost the next day I saw art of them haha] Ah But yeah I ended up going with Trevor! Sounding is very interesting and I rarely draw it so it really caught my attention! And then I imagined the pose.. I'm just sorry the cuffs were not as prominent/obvious as I would've liked!
