Crafty Kero - just working in pajama 🤯 Process of my prop below!

I'm a newbie crafting weapons or big props in general, but I need to learn quick since I want to bring 4 to Poland! As my first using a dremel, I must admit the sound scares me and there's a lot of dust to clean now. I'm building it in 5 pieces to put together with magnets, because I need it separated for the plane and car. Will cover it in Worbla :)
