Backpedaling regarding the PM system
Added 2018-09-13 19:47:55 +0000 UTCAfter not doing anything but replying PMs for the recent hours, I've eventually realized that I'll probably do this for the rest of the month unless I go back to making posts that can accessed by everyone again. I remember briefly announcing that early access films will likely be given out via PM in the recent months to prevent leakage, but I guess it was easy to overlook, so we're going back to the old method for those that just missed the train.
Seeing how enraged some patrons were about the new PM method I'm somewhat uncertain of whether I should use it for the future. While this is a fairly common method that animators use to distribute content here, I've always been a little more liberal with putting my links directly into the the posts. This has come with the issue of animations often being leaked just a few days after their initial release due to web scrapping sites, or frequent pledge and running. I might have been a little too optimistic about everyone being aware of this new PM distribution method, maybe I should have made a post last month to remind everyone that I was about to try a new system. For now I'll apologize and just keep the system as it is!

I wouldn't call my patrons demanding at all, the only thing that tends to overwhelm me is the quantity of feedback sometimes, as it can get tough getting back to everyone while still finding enough time to animate. I hope this wasn't too much stress on your shoulders - regardless we're choosing to support you because your animations are simply incredible, and it'd be sad to see you stop through overwork or entitled/demanding fans.
