Here is the video benchmark of my 3 different settings at 4K using my RX 6700XT 12GB

It's hard to see a significant difference in the video, however, the shadows, reflections & lighting in Ultra are set to max and lower on the medium preset, and most ExtraFX, GrassFX and other heavy performance effects are almost turned off in the medium preset.
I've managed to optimise the medium / high presets so they still look great and at the same time improve the performance significantly
(There is a more noticeable difference in 1st person, at night or when it's raining)
Also, it shows how optimised all my settings are, and how someone with an entry-level GPU can use medium settings and still make his game look incredible.
I wasn't using any Upscaling features such as FSR in these benchmarks, they were all recorded RAW at 3440x1440 QHD (4k)
NOTE: If you only play at 1080p, there are still ways to upscale to 1440p or 4k that I have included within my Paid Patreon without losing performance.
