I took the original mesh and I smoothed out all the detail, thinned the shaft just beneath the glans, enhanced the glans a little bit more so that it would feel a bit less pointy, increased the size of the balls too. It's a little bit asymmetrical which I think only helps.
This is a low res version. For the high res version I'm going to sculpt in more details like veins, and then I'll have to polypaint it afterwards. I've always done very crude paints, which have never looked bad, but I wanna see if this time I can't get some more details in there. Maybe that's more of a job for photoshop though.

So a little bit of an explanation as to the above three shots. The first two are obviously before/after comparisons, SD mesh vs HD mesh. You can see I added some veins, some wrinkles, and some extra curve to the cock. I also put a bit more of a fleshy colour on it and a different shader to make the details more keely visible.
The last shot is just an experiment. I've been wanting to do something along the lines of horsecocks, but just doing my glam style shots and cramming horsecocks into them never made sense to me. It would be too out of place. That's more of a Dmitry's thing, because he draws his girls so powerfully and is way more focused on the physical aspect of futa porn whereas I've always been more of an aesthetic guy.
But, within the story, there is some justification for mutations in that direction. So it can definitely work. For now, I'm mostly just curious about what you guys think.

First, thanks for the concern :D Secondly, I'm actually surprised you felt like something was off about the Tati patreon special because I loved making that one. Especially the new cum shader and the extra design I put into the cumshots I think reflect that I put a lot of effort into it. Queen is a different beast. All things considered, I think it came out well, but you are right if you feel like it felt a little but rushed. I had scheduled a month of work on it and ended up having to do it in half that time. Sometimes that happens, because inspiration sometimes stalls and you have to redraw plans. The set really clicked into place for me when I found Yelena a new hairstyle, and then gave her the violet lingerie. I loved rendering every shot but I was pressed for time and so the format of what I had intended came out a bit... weird. In my ideal world? It'd have been a 100 shot series, with 20 yelena solo shots, and then 20 dedicated to each of the four dickgirls. But you're definitely right that I do feel some extra pressure to perform now. Maybe I should cool down a bit, and that's fair, but believe me when I tell you I love what I do and I'm very much driven by the idea of moving things forward. The support I've gotten here as well as the community interaction actually really invigorate me and turned a process that was becoming routine into something new again. But point taken, I will make sure to release things when they are ready (tm) next time!

Though I'm always open to change/progression if you feel you can make a better version. As for the horse cock, I have always been a fan of horscock when it's done well, i.e. Dmitry's work, so I would like to see what you can accomplish with your own personal style though I understand if you think it wouldn't be worth the hassle.

But you know how in Jurassic World, Dr Wu explains that the dinosaurs have more features and different appearances because that's what people want to see, not because it's true to life? On the left cock, at that same point, I don't notice the thinning of the shaft as much. The glans don't seem to be as enhanced on the left cock as on the right.
