Downtown
Added 2017-08-04 10:56:29 +0000 UTCPeek for a background for downtown location. It's cleaner then slums, but basically it's back alleys for all the business that run there.
Drawing that car hit the idea of making moving brothel option, like a thug driver and a backseat whore. We are going to do it in the future.
