I can't believe it but it's finally here ;) Originally planned as a short segment in the "Axel F" episode - "Humanizing Hi-Hats" grew steadily and it soon became clear that it needed its own episode. The results of the recent poll also reinforced our decision to rewrite and reshoot the scenes to include a more diverse set of drum machines. There should be something in there for everybody and the different concepts are good to know regardless of which machines you have :)

I'm really proud that I managed to adapt the Linn LM-1 Hi-Hat technique to the Digitakt - as far as I know that's not been done before.
