Status Update
Added 2022-04-29 10:37:40 +0000 UTCHello everyone!
We hope you're doing well :) Elektron surprisingly released a new drum machine/synth last week and we managed to order one on the release date! It's already in our studio and we're getting to know the machine while programming patterns on it.
If you consider buying one you might want to wait until we finish our review though, because it's going to be an honest one. This will most likely be the next video we release and we will focus mainly on the drum machine aspects.
To show off the sequencer we pulled out all the stops and you'll be getting not one but two Aphex Twin patterns! The Digitakt Cheat Sheet is coming along too, which is good news because both machines share a lot of features and we'll be able to make a Cheat Sheet for the Syntakt much faster.
All the best

Hi Paul, while I had both these machines, I think it highly depends on what you're looking for. Are you missing something in your current setup?

2022-05-02 09:37:18 +0000 UTCI'm excited to see your take on the Syntakt. When possible, can you please weigh in on the utility of adding the Syntakt to a workflow that already includes the Analog Rytm MK2 and Oktatrack?

2022-05-01 14:28:54 +0000 UTCWe're producing the video as fast as we can, so probably in the next weeks. Yeah the Syntakt essentially is the Digitakt workflow combined with DNA from Analog Rytm and Model:Cycles :)
