Hello everyone! To make the most of the time we had with the RD-9, we produced a second video which we hope you will like. In this new format called "Drum Patterns Explained" we analyze the first minute of Jeff Mills' "Exhibitionist Mix 3", showing you a few of "The Wizard"'s tricks step by step. These are not only applicable to Techno, but actually very useful in general. Let us know what you think of the new format and what patterns you'd like to have dissected in future episodes.

I remember seeing Jeff Mills and Luke Slater in Melbourne, it was one of the better 6 hours of my life, I have a question regarding the Roland Tr6s, I like to say that I produce Hip Hop, well I do... Though I love the feeling of up tempo tech, or deep minimal house. The MPC 1 can do all this though I feel that the Roland Tr6s and 8s are far superior for this style of music. To create this music I need to better understand the variables that are assocuiated with the the 8s, 6s or the very over priced 707. Have you ever made videos explaining the relations ship of on Board filters, if not I would really appreciate any help I can get. I also am having troubles understanding the connection application of Midi, what is the master, what is control and Finally Track, if you have any infromation that could assist me that would be greatley appreciated. I use all these patterns on the TR6s with the 909 kit, then I allow myself to create some variations, it is great fun. Last but not least I am stuggling to find the cheat cheats, could you please hself me, send me a link. Thank you for your page, your manner and execution is incredible, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1dARojWZUEdP3CZYxeeyrg/featured .... I have recently created a page for at this point in time I can no longer simply Jam, I must create songs. I am not a rapper, for me now when I have the sounds that I like and the beats is good, I need to stop, and start what to compose the work, this has been the hardest step for me. Thanks again, Richard from the land of Australia.
