Sprint 003 plan

In an effort to speed up development, I’m experimenting with the Scrum of One technique invented by Alex Andrews.
Scrum is built around “sprints”, which are 1-4 week bursts of effort aimed at achieving a defined goal. The goal of Sprint 003 is to: Upgrade the avatar.

The dynamic avatar is a core feature of Female Agent, and making her more functional, customisable and attractive is the goal of the next sprint. Completing this upgrade gets the avatar ready for Bangkok (where her new assignment will require frequent wardrobe changes).
Today I identified the specific improvements I'd like to make in 1.5:
- Specify all clothes and artwork required in advance
- Improve the avatar's symmetry and body proportions
- Make the avatar art look crisp on HD screens
- Make the avatar's foot shape change dynamically based on the shoes she's wearing
- Allow the player to customise the agent's facial features
- Allow the player to turn the avatar around and see a rear view
- Implement an optional "ripped" body type with a six-pack and lean muscles
- Allow the player to choose the agent's bikini line style
- Allow the player to pick the agent's clothes and makeup before each Scottish nightclub scene
- Add some new hairstyles
- Make the eye colour choice more attractive and varied
- Dynamically change the look of the agent's hair if she messes it up (sex, exercise, sleeping) or gets it wet (e.g. onstage at Oceana)
- Redraw all existing avatar clothes so they fit the new avatar, improving them where possible
- Make the agent's makeup choices more attractive and varied
- Allow the player to choose the agent's bum shape
- Allow an agent with long hair to change her hairstyle during dress-up scenes
- Implement a new dress-up scene (proposed by Diss) during the JTF briefing sequence
- Automatically move long hair out of the way of the agent's boobs when she's topless
- Dynamically mess up the agent's makeup (e.g. smeared lipstick, running mascara) when appropriate
- Dynamically add spank marks to the agent's butt when appropriate
- Dynamically add cum shots to the agent's face or body when appropriate
- Have the agent continue to wear glasses if she needed them in University
- Allow the player to control the colours a Rock Chick agent dyes her hair during the Lifepath
- Allow the agent to get a tattoo during the Lifepath
- Allow the agent to get piercings during the Lifepath
- Add avatar jewellery like necklaces, bracelets, earrings and watches
- Add "eyes closed" art to be used in some facial expressions
- Test a periodic blinking animation to see if it makes the avatar look more natural and alive
- Create an optional downloadable image pack so the avatar loads faster and the game can be played without an active Internet connection
- Add more hair colour choices (I'm thinking auburn and a couple shades of blonde)
- Add variable tanlines based on a choice of bikinis
Total: 31 tasks, 248 pomodoros
This is almost exactly two months of work (a double sprint!), so if everything goes well the early release of 1.5 (to $5+ patrons) will be Monday 6th May. General release will be Monday 20th May. Let me know your thoughts here or on Discord.
