If I ran as often as I posted pictures of girls running I would be thinner and my girlfriend would be happier. :-D
Today I updated the character sheet, which now records your agent's attributes and skills. I also added the start of a planned feature, which is recording your agent's sexual metrics – right now it only tracks the total number of sexual partners she's had, but we're planning to record a lot more detail in the future. (I think it will be interesting purely to see this number skyrocket as the mission progresses, but we've got plans beyond that.)
Hyneman is doing great work on the relationship tables, which you periodically update during the Lifepath to record your agent's entire sexual history before the mission. They are more fun to play with than I'd expected! He is a great walrus.

So excited to see the fully functional relationship tables! They've been one of my favorite highlights of the dev builds. Only 4 items are remain to be started on the to-do list, you all are making great progress — HAZZAH!!
