A pomodoro is a 25-minute block of focused work. I promised to do at least 10 per week when the first funding goal was reached.
Pomodoros I-VIII
I needed another passage to separate out the Kink Vignettes, so I added a new scene today where the PC is approached by an agency recruiter while at university.
I also coded in the passages handling the PC’s romantic relationships while she’s at university. These are presented as tables that you can edit, so you can just accept the default partners that the game randomly generates, or tweak them if you want fine control over your agent’s sexual history. (Not everything is customisable, though – sexual encounters from the Kink Vignettes are automatically imported into the tables, and agents who are Promiscuous must earn their trait by creating more hookups than other girls.)
The point of all this is so that the game will know your agent’s sexual history when the game starts. We can use this information in the future to tailor her reactions to her mission and the sexual encounters in the game.
All 5 Kink Vignettes are now coded into the game. There are two remaining university passages to code and I will aim to get them both done tomorrow. I feel as though I'd like to keep working, but from experience I know that if I do more than 8 pomodoros in a day it reduces the quality of my work the following day, so I'm gonna call it a day for now and hit it hard tomorrow.
