October Characters Poll #7 (Multiple Votes) (Supporter Edition)

Hi.

This is one of those polls with supporter tier suggestions. BUT... I'm adding a few remaining suggestions from the suggestions post. They are separate, that's why there is 2 alphabetical orders in here. I'm just saving you a day of polls by merging both polls together, but I'm treating this as 2 polls.

I'm working on a duo today. I'll not post the duo tomorrow because it would be too much "rush", I still need to work on it, but I think that it will be up by Thursday (or Friday in Japan).

Please keep in mind that the number of votes in polls with less characters is completely different than a poll with more characters.

Usually someone will vote in a poll even if they really don't want anything from it just because they prefer to vote on something they slightly prefer. And I'm aware of that. So for example, a character with 150 votes in a poll is different than a character with 150 votes in another poll.

I noticed that there is a certain niche that people some people want me to do (western stuff basically). I'm studying the best way for me to make a content like this. Know that I also have to consider that this uses my time also. I've asked many times to not even suggest this kind of content, but you are very insistent and I'm not going to fight against anyone about it, I'm just considering ways to publish this without hurting the content for people who don't want to see that. I'll probably make a new tier for that or something like that. I'm still studying what to do about it.

Note: The usual rules for polls are still the same. Don't expect me to make something just because it won the poll. I can't check every character before making a poll.
