BONUS: 40k Warm-up Story

For those of you that don't read the updates, I've been writing a dumb little Warhammer 40k story as a warm-up exercise. A few paragraphs here, a few lines of dialogue there, basically every time I sit down to write. Eventually, I found I had a full chapter! I've even started on a second.
Is this gonna turn into a full story on the main schedule? No, probably not. I haven't even bothered naming it yet. But, it's a bit of fun that I figured I'd share here before I do anything else with it.
Let's say that if I make it to ten chapters with this silly little story I'll start posting it publicly.

That's the fun with Rogue Traders. They can be almost anything you want them to be. Their thing is so widely varied, so vague, that you can have something like this be totally plausible. Plus, it's fun to write :D

2020-09-01 14:18:14 +0000 UTCThis is quite interesting so far. Good setup for the MC, crew and current situation. Can't say I know much about rogue traders since my experience with 40k is playing Dawn of War, a few Heresy novels and skimming the 1d4chan wiki, but I'd love to see more eventually.
