Oh yes... here it is. Our first look at the start of Self Insert Book 3...

So, SI!Dark ch13 is done and with Rice for editing. I should have a draft ready for my Fancy Bitch patrons either today or tomorrow, and it’ll be ready for posting on the 14th. Blazing Trinity ch10 is actually going well so far, but we’ll see how long that lasts. The third and possibly final Supports EX chapter is well on its way, too (so it won’t be late this month, still sorry about that last month!). As for the future of the Supports series... I dunno yet. I’ll start thinking about that at the end of the month. There will be polls. ALL OF THE POLLS!

I don’t know if it’s just my app or if it’s the Patreon app in general, but there’s about three months of content missing from my page on the Patreon mobile app. It’s there on the desktop version, but it’s oddly absent on mobile. It’s all still there, though! Fortunately...

IRL I have fallen hard back into the world of Warhammer 40k. I think I mentioned that last week, but yeah it’s just gotten worse lol. I have done so much painting in the last few days my hand is legitimately cramped up. Yes, this is the crippled hand. It’s making me remember why I stopped in the first place. But I will admit, having a mindless busy-work type project to occupy my hands has really taken the edge off the stir-craziness I was starting to experience. Like, I can’t write all day long, as much as I wish I could. Having this to keep my hands and mind occupied in my downtime is really doing my soul a surprisingly lot of good.

Also, I did the math, and it hasn’t actually been five years since I last painted any minis, it’s been closer to eight. Yet, eight years later with a crippled hand I am painting better than I ever did before. Go figure.

If you’re curious, I post pictures of my minis in the Discord server and on Twitter. Less because I’m proud, and more because nearly ten years later I’m surprised I’m still so decent.

I’ve got another weird little YouTube project in the works with a couple of the guys from the old Neckties You Can’t See days coming, too; hopefully sometime this week. We just read creepypasta stories and mock them, but it was good fun, and I’ll drop a link when the video goes live.
