友達の皆さん、まずはいつものサポートに感謝します。皆さんの支えがあったからこそ、私はポニーを描き続けることができました。

年明けから、定期購読数が徐々に減少していることに気づきました。これはPixiv/Xアカウントの凍止と関係があるかもしれません（Xアカウントは復旧しましたが、状況は明らかに改善していません）。しかしもっと気になるのは、現在の創作方向が皆さんの期待とずれていないか？ それとも皆さんはもう飽きてしまったのか、私が改善できる点はあるのか？

皆さんのサポートで生計を立てています。私はいくつかの変更を行う準備をしており、他のアイデアがあればコメント欄で提案してください。全て目を通します。ありがとうございます！

考えられる主な変更は、プラン内容の調整と交流の増加です。予告や全体公開図などを掲載する予定です。

プラン最適化（コアの特典は変更なし）

$4プラン：変更なし。手を抜くことはありませんのでご安心ください。他のアイデアがあれば提案してください。

$7プラン：PSDファイルに加え、追加の差分がもらえます。毎月のポニー投票に参加でき、ファンボックスの投票と合算して、投票結果を決定いたします。  通常の更新に加えて、投票で選ばれたポニーを毎月1枚描きます。

$10プラン：専用のコメント欄を設けます。このプランの友達は描いてほしいポニーをコメントできます（簡単なポーズ可。ただし同じように描けるかは保証できません）。提案されたポニーは厳選後に投票プールに追加し、できる限り皆さんの意見を反映します。

朋友们，首先谢谢大家一直以来的支持。因为大家的支持，我才能画小马。

从年初开始，我注意到订阅量逐渐下滑，这可能和Pixiv/X账号被封禁有关（虽然X账号已恢复，但情况没有明显好转）。不过更让我在意的是 是否当前的创作方向与大家期待的有偏差？还是朋友们已经看腻了，是否有我可以改进的地方？

全靠朋友们的支持吃饭。我准备做出些改变，并且大家如果有其他想法可以在评论区提出来我都会看的，谢谢大家的支持！

我能想到的主要就是调整档位回报，和增加互动吧，会放一些预告和全体公开图一类的。

近期具体调整计划

档位优化（核心权益不变）

$4档位不变，不会有偷工减料的大家放心，有其他想法朋友们可以提。

$7档位 除了有psd文件外，还会有额外多出来的差分，并且可以参与每月的小马投票，我会和fanbox的投票加起来一起决定投票结果，除了正常的更新，我会每个月画一张大家投票选出的小马。

$10档位 我会单独开一个评论区，档位的朋友们可以评论想让我画的小马（可以有简单的姿势，但是不保证会一样哈），会把提到的小马精选后加入投票池，我尽力照顾到大家的想法。

Dear friends, first of all, thank you for your continuous support. It is because of your support that I have been able to draw ponies.

Since the beginning of this year, I have noticed a gradual decline in subscriptions, which may be related to the suspension of my Pixiv/X accounts (the X account has been restored, but the situation has not significantly improved). What concerns me more is whether my current creative direction deviates from your expectations? Or have friends grown tired of it? Are there areas I can improve?

I rely on your support to make a living. I am prepared to make some changes, and if you have other ideas, please propose them in the comments section. I will read them all. Thank you for your support!

The main changes I can think of are adjusting tier rewards and increasing interaction. I will release some previews and publicly available images.

Tier Optimization (Core benefits remain unchanged)

$4 Tier: No changes. Rest assured there will be no cutting corners. Feel free to suggest other ideas.

$7Tier: In addition to PSD files, you will receive extra variants. You can participate in monthly pony votes. I will combine the votes from Fanbox to determine the final result.  Besides regular updates, I will draw one pony selected by vote each month.

$10Tier: I will open a separate comment section. Friends in this tier can comment requesting ponies to draw (simple poses allowed, but I cannot guarantee exact replication). Mentioned ponies will be curated into the voting pool, and I will try my best to accommodate your ideas.
