i actually enjoyed the actors paying homage to the creators behind the movie instead of showing a montage of the clips. it gives us an insight into these usually faceless people, their work over decades and makes the awards shows much more personal. they should do a mix of both lmao

Fernanda Torres stole the show which I would have been fine if she won as well for best actress but Demi, Mikey and her were my three selection for best actress. Ofc there's other snub as well like Colman or Nickel boys but what can we do.

What a fun reaction to a rollercoaster Oscars. I do agree that awards season could have more fun surprises, mainly with Timothée & Ariana but I’m happy Flow & Mikey were the surprises here. The reason I think Sebastian looks so annoyed is due to Adrien using AI to finetune his accent. Considering the actor’s strike due to AI, it feels really lazy, Guy doesn’t come from America and yet he did a good accent without AI assistance so it stings. When I do get around to watching some of the other nominees, I’m gonna feel sad about Nickel Boys & Sing Sing being shut out, but for Colman to go back to back at the Oscars signifies he is one of the best right now.
