Someone would need to tell and show Gamagora that she is in no way worthless, letting her get over her fear of being worthless and letting her truly shine without fear. As for Rukia, one would likely need to give her the most food and not because she ordered them to, but because they genuinely *wanted* to gift her the food to her, which might, and I cannot stress this enough, MIGHT, thaw Rukia's heart enough that she would turn kind in return and not end up so greedy.

So, Rukia and her sisters had a difficult and she's the one who saved them but became an evil and crazy tyrant. Interesting, is there any chance that Thesnilians are more gluttonous than Scarvians and that's the real reason to keep them in check?
