Character Cooldowns

Guys so I was thinking of implementing character cooldowns for sketch prompts from now on. So for example now that Yang and Penny won February's polls they get a month to cool down from sketches and polls.
Doing this cuz Yang has won three months in a row DX and I need to change it up. And if you suggested Yang this week you still have a day or two to change your prompt! Just lmk in the edit if it was changed!
And possiblyperhapsmaybe themed prompts in the future. But that I still need to flesh out
