I was in pain all day and could not eat well also and it was so painful and I was so bloated (could not film it, I could not stand straight because of the pain. At the end of the day, that I had to go to emergency. Good news it is not appendicitis or something, and a few onfusions helped me to feel better. I will try to make next video ASAP.
