Such as Psy, Turbo and Rain (the one that I recognise). No lip sing allow. They also few eps without a 'legend' but only theme such as 'respect for the hero' and 'King of the kings' - where in one year whose ever that ever win (silver trophy) in each ep will compete with each other teams to become the king 🤴 of the kings. -the trophy will be GOLD 🏆.

2025-10-27 18:38:24 +0000 UTCimmortal songs is soooo amazing! i love stormy highway, i watch their cover of it so much! its basically a competition show where idols/idol groups perform a legendary song and cover it in their own way and audiences vote on who was their favorite and Ateez has won four times! :) (and they have to perform with live vocals, no backing tracks/lip syncing so Ateez proves just how amazing they are each and every time!) <3 AND IN JONGHO'S SOLO PERFORMANCE HE WAS SICK THERE BUT STILL KILLED IT

2025-10-27 15:18:07 +0000 UTCImmortal Songs is a competition show. Usually there is one famous artist and ten celebrities\musicians cover their songs to see who wins the audience vote. Sometimes there is a theme instead. The people you see are the other competitors and the audience (during lockdown the only audience were the hosts\other celebrities) ATEEZ has won four times - more than any other idol group Correct! The first one is a Heroes in Uniform special and the audience were the people you said - ATEEZ won King of Kings special - previous winners competed Celestial King of the High Notes special (Jongho) PSY episode - He specifically requested ATEEZ for his episode. They won, he said nice things about them and after the show he went backstage looking for Hongjoong and basically said something like 'You're the real deal' - ATEEZ won Sung Si-kyung episode (Jongho) They've also done episodes for Turbo, Seo Taiji, and Rain, and anchored (with PSY) the Immortal Songs in the US concert in New Jersey two years ago

There's a theme for each show and artists that get invited must sing live and go up against each other. Ateez has been on as a group I believe 4/5 times and they've won 4 times. There was a Psy, Rain, and Turbo (I believe) episode where all the guests performed those people's hits. It's great fun whenever Ateez is there and the show in general (to me at least) seems to really enjoy having all those incredible artists there as well. If anyone knows more, please correct me. Thanks!

And then they try to win the first place. The first one you watched is after them being nominated as the group who won the most Immortal Songs in Kpop History, they were invited not as participants, but guests to Salute the heros! I think it was like that ☺️ And only groups were invited, that can clearly sing stable live without backtrack and still can dance. Now they don't go to the show as participants anymore, more as Special guests
