This was an amazing performance for ATEEZ Kingdom final stage. Love it! Yes they were dancing with BTOB & SKZ as they are close because they’ve been in a team together and won every time. Every team did their best. I personally want Ben to react to ballad stage sang by ATEEZ Jongho, SKZ Seungmin & BTOB Eunkwang. They were incredible trios! They have different vocal tones and it makes it even better. I hope to see the reaction soon if possible🤭

Seriously, for Kingdom, they came to compete but I think they were glad to be there and show what they can do and that KQ had rising star potential. I just watched it earlier last year so I was late to the party but ATEEZ had a strong concept everything every time they performed!! They weren’t as well known as the other parts of Mayfly but they showed up and showed out for their performances!!

2025-01-25 16:37:18 +0000 UTCSome background info: San had lost his grandpa a few days before this performance and he had mentioned that he couldn't really cry because he felt he had to be strong for his dad but when he went back to the dorms after this performance he broke down and finally let himself cry, and the other members comforted him. You'd never know it watching this video because thats who Ateez are -- consummate professionals. As for other reactions: I think you should watch the other Ateez unit songs! Like Matz, San Wooyoung and Yeosang have a song called IT's You, Mingi and Yunho have Youth and Jongho has Everything. Those are all really goood!

2025-01-25 07:02:05 +0000 UTCBreaking apples is Jongho's thing. He went viral for being able to sing very well and having stable vocals while breaking apples effortlessly so it became his thing. The members also used to film videos where they just go to him with apples and he has to start singing and break them each time (and the videos kept getting increasingly ridiculous because they started coming with different fruits like oranges and melons). It's kinda like an inside joke with the fandom.

They were trying to keep the groups isolated because competition, and thae groups weren't having it really. And then they had them form up into two big teams with Ateez, BTOB, and SKZ forming one called Mayfly (upthread). If you ever watch the Kingdom eps, you could prolly pick up on thae moment thae groups went from a lil over it (scoring an such) to really over it - 'we're leaning into who we are.'
