A bit of the next chapter went onto the end of this chapter, so it's a bit longer while the next chapter will be a bit shorter.

Yes, he's still officially an Invictus. The Lancea et Sanctum aren't really 'alive' yet. Takes a long time to get a covenant going.

I agree this chapter is closer to what I expected during an early/mid part. One thing I noticed is that recently you have been clifhangering a lot of mid chapter perspectives. I donβt mind it at the end of a chapter but in this one in particular you left two, Jack and Nat.
