A good portion of their earlier videos are centered around the BU. and understand what ha gone on so far goes beyond the music videos and the short movie reels! there are intensive notes also and a crazy timeline as time travel runs through the whole Universe. XCeleste has to my knowledge the Best breakdown of the BU, but be warned it is a dizzying incomplete Rabbithole! LOL

2024-08-13 16:15:08 +0000 UTCDon't blame yourself - they seem to be obsessed with the word run. Which makes sense in all the contexts they've used it, but makes it really confusing. Run - what you just watched. Run BTS (the song) - released in 2022 as part of their anthology Proof. Run BTS (the show) - their variety show. And hooboy... yes, related, but not just those two videos. There is a whole world called the BU - the Bangtan Universe - that has a whole twisty turny, VERY dark storyline attached. There are a bunch of videos in it plus a game, a webtoon, and the notes (essentially journal entries). And it's all super confusing and not at all resolved. Maybe we'll get some resolution at the tenth anniversary next year? I think xCeleste has a whole video summarizing the storyline so far if you're interested.

You really need to watch in order I personally cannot wait to see you try and get through those …. Starting with The Love Yourself “Highlight reel” and the short films and the rest of it …Let the confusion and theories begin!
