Update! CALIFUR rewards + slight patron reward adjustment for $5 or more

1. CALIFUR:
- Patrons who are also attending Califur on Sunday the 21st! Find me, show you're a patron and get a free pencil drawing from me on the spot! I would love to be able to thank you in person and make you a little something.
2. Sketch request accessibility changes
- patrons paying $5 or more get access to the NSFW sketches at the end of the month from here on out. I'm not gonna block any previous ones that I have made from lower paying patrons, but I noticed that $5 patrons are kind of in a weird spot, reward wise. I figure this slight adjustment evens out the playing field. I'm trying to think of more things I can add to all patron levels while realistically budgeting my time, so if you have any suggestions for neat rewards you've seen before, please offer them!
