No, you can use old save games. Unless you been playing on the online version and then want to play on offline standard/gold versions or vice versa, on that case you need to start over.

do we have to start over everytime a new version comes out

Download links are all working fine. You should check if your antivirus or firewall are somehow blocking the download to finish and/or open the game file.

the links still will not let me work correctly. I download it but once it gets to 100% it seems to just stop and do nothing else.

It's a big file and if your internet connection it's not good you may have problems downloading it, try a few more times or in alternative you can try download the standard version of the game which has a smaller file size.

neither pc link will download fully for me. Not sure why, but its dissapointing

I have one question, why i cant lunch with Nadine and Sophia?

I have worked with Poser for years and I know it's hard work to create rendered images with any sophistication. Anyone can slap in some figures into sets and just render away but quality takes a lot of time. Maybe you should start to focus on just one path of the story per update, that way you could release new content more often.

The correct version number always appear on the image on the Game Start menu on the top right side. I had to leave the windows application ID as 0.1.2 or it would not find the old save game files that people may had on their computers, forcing them to start a new game again, and i didn't want that, so it's intentional to be that way. Long story short, just ignore it, it's OK :)

I tested the game on a very old computer and it took a long time to load all the assets but the game started anyway, but only after 3 or 4 minutes waiting, not sure if that's your case. You may also want to give a try with the standard version that is more lightweight on system resources and see what happens, if it still doesn't run, it may be antivirus or anti-malware program blocking the game.

Thanks again! Fixed now. It'll appear ok on the online version, On gold and standard versions will appear only when i release a next update.

Thanks for reporting this, the Jenny was a bug and I've already fixed it now. The second one with Sophia is not bug, it's intended to be that way, she's on the hospital, the player will meet her on the following day (Sunday), and that event will happen on a next game update that covers Sunday, not this one.

Also the version it says that I downloaded was the 1.2 gold version and I downloaded the link that you have just above. Shouldnt that be the 2.0 version?

Hey man, I keep getting to the loading assets page and then it wont load! Is there any reasoning for this? I have turned off my antivirus also!

Found another scene that needs fixing. This time it's with Nadine in the player's home, where Nadine tells the player that she doesn't want to bother him too much and calls him "Doctor player. lastname"

2 things. First, the date scene with Jenny at the bar the 2nd night the player visits Woody, Jenny calls him "Player Name" when offering to hug. Just found another scene with Jenny calling him "Player Name" at the part after drinking a few tequilas and then telling Jenny he wont help her. Second thing is, there appears to be no visit to Sophie on Saturday at all after the first night at Woody when following Sophie the night before and the attempt to stop Sophie's BF/Husband from beating her up. Karla had invited the Player to check up on Sophie in a text message on Saturday morning to which the player says to himself that he would go check up on her after Yoga, which didn't happen.

Hey, just wanted to let you know you're doing a great job. The attention to detail in every render is incredibly high and makes this game such a pleasure to play. Everything from something as small and insignificant as a magazine shelf in the waiting room to having people in the background and scenery look incredibly close to life-like. Your work stands above and beyond most (if not all) titles on this site. I understand it takes a long time to craft something like that, but keep up the good work. You're doing great.
