For people with issues joining or changing tiers atm
Added 2025-05-26 07:20:31 +0000 UTCI've been getting messages from people saying they are unable to join/edit their pledge because I have paused the membership. This is simply not how it's supposed to work lol, I should still be able to get new patrons regardless of billing being paused.
I'm not sure what the issue is, and it's only affecting some people. I am getting new patrons but some just randomly aren't able to despite trying multiple browsers/devices.
I will be sending a support ticket to Patreon to see if they can help, but the hiatus will end on May 30, so even if there isn't a fix before then, you should be able to join on the 30th or 31st and still pledge in time for Term 71 (Percy/Jason/Nico, Ashitaka & Aventurine/Caelus)!
