About Patreon Payments

I've seen some other creators making posts about this and received an email from Patreon regarding it. Patreon recently added a UK-based payment processor for adult content creators, causing many banks to read the pledge payments as fraudulent charges, and a whole bunch of Patreons were hit with lower patrons than previous months.
Unfortunately due to further tweaks, a similar thing may be happening this month, causing some payments to be declined. If so, don't worry.
If your card was declined you should have received an email from Patreon detailing what happened and how to fix it. As far as I am aware it's mostly just confirming with your bank that it is a legitimate charge and the payment should go through.
I think this is only an issue for banks and credit/debit cards, Paypal should have been unaffected. But please make sure that all the payments went through fine for you so that you'll be good to go for the rewards, and hopefully this is the last payment issue we'll be seeing.
