Well, working up Agent Soul's idea a bit, I liked the idea of female scientists competing for a job via FMG. The twist is they've each got a camera into the other's labs, so are driven to experiment more recklessly on themselves to stay ahead. That could also work with them experimenting on a test subject they each got given though. Obviously, by the laws of FMG, at some point something would go wrong leading to either a) a massive fight, b) a massive orgy, or c) both.
