UPD text: wanna share my thought process on this one
It was a spontaneous idea to show some slice of life/death (lol) from Heather's world. I was thinking the woman was wrongfully accused by something (hence the noose) and executed. But she may have some people on her side (I feel like she was a kind person and I'm glad people on the discord caught it, too), that's why she had a proper grave, but she never really introduced herself - so there's no name.
I was also thinking she may have been a sister of that evil dude I drew before, so they're two opposites. Maybe he was the one who set her up for it and got her executed in the end - another deed in his list
