Why you need it:
With this program, you can create the proportions of your character in order to show it to the artist later and not explain everything in words that you want. + color settings will make it easier to work with the cet.
And for 3D, a list of all the morphs you have configured is included. This means that anyone who works in SFM, blender or another program will just need to copy them and that's it.
