Hi Folks,
Here it is!... The second part of the Gambit video,
where we will be painting all the missing elements!

We will paint the NMM staff, the amazing little face and the glowing energy burst with the flying playing cards.
We will be starting with the staff.
The staff is a great example of a simple and effective NMM.

The light follows the shape and the orientation of the object, in our case a cylinder. The staff reflects the sky on the top half. The horizon around the centerline. And a bit of bouncing reflection from the ground, or in our case from the brown leather coat.
The face is really the most delicate part of the model.
To not lose any detail we are starting a bit thinner than usual and starting our shadow and highlighting process.
One thing that all natural elements, such as skin, need is color variation!
We are placing the tonal variation following the color zone theory.

The last element of our Gambit is the striking magenta energy burst.
We also use the magenta as a subtle osl around the energy spark and even around the eyes.
The little glow helps to connect the whole model.

I really hope you will enjoy this video!
And as always thanks for your support!
